Oracle Presales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze customer requests, providing appropriate products and solutions.
• Provide technical support to the sales team and conduct product-related training.
• Contribute to product positioning by conducting market and competitor analysis.
• Manage the technical aspects of the sales process, organizing trainings for partners and/or their customers, delivering presentations, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in presales processes and a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented and results-driven working skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience with Oracle products and solutions.
• Possession of Oracle technical certifications.
• Experience in customer relationship management and sales support processes.
