Role overview

We are seeking an expert Oracle RMS Architect with experience in Retail Merchandising Systems and Oracle Retail (Oracle RMS) to join our diverse team. The candidate will have a background and an understanding of vendor management in the retail domain. This role requires working closely with our teams to craft and implement robust solutions that drive business success.

What you’ll do

• Providing the support to Inventory system and coordinated applications for quick identification of system gaps and operational issues with prior exposure and expertise in retail area (ORMS SIM and familiarity with WMS is plus)
• Collaborate with other integration application teams for prioritizing business critical issues impacting perpetual and financial transactions of RMS system (Stock ledger). Assume role as key point of contact for resolving any critical data issues.
• Collaborate with teams - business partners engineers program management product team etc to understand Inventory area existing business processes.
• Take accountability for resolving specific issues within a particular area application technology or system.
• Demonstrate efficiency through the efficient use of time and a dedication to strong results.

What you bring to the role

• 9+ years of experience in Oracle Retail (specifically RMS) support.
• Strong in PL/SQL

We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $117500 – $135000 per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual performance-based bonus as well as benefits that support your physical mental and financial wellbeing.
