What you will do:

  • Analyze clients' existing technical architecture
  • Familiarize yourself with clients' current state platforms and applications
  • Develop a plan to modernize clients' existing architecture in alignment with Digital Transformation initiatives and packaged software implementations
  • Evaluate future state tools and provide recommendations to clients
  • Develop future state architecture documentation
  • Drive the development of technical strategies for workstreams like conversion, interfaces, reporting, etc.
  • Oversee the execution of those technical strategies and coach team members to support
  • Think creatively to help solve complex client challenges
  • Develop and unit test technical deliverables as needed
  • Coach, teach and leverage to technical analysts, business analysts, and developers.
  • Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years Cloud implementation experience with at least 2 years of hands on experience with one or more Oracle cloud modules. (i.e., HDL, HCM Extract, BIP)
  • Experience with ERP, EPM and/or SCM modules
  • Ability to lead module workstream(s) through requirements gathering, future state design, configuration oversight and testing and deployment execution.
  • Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop leading practice recommendations based on prior experience.
  • Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required.
  • Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current.
  • Participate in the development and continuous improvement of our methodologies and toolsets
  • Display accountability and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects.
  • Must be willing to work nontraditional business hours for client demands.
  • Ability to travel; potentially up to 25%.
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship is required

For California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: The compensation range for this role is $136,360 to $289,040. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
