Our state-of-the-art, premier oral surgery practice is rapidly expanding, and we are seeking an exceptional provider to join our world class team. At Niva Dental Specialists, we are building the first Center of Excellence facility in Austin for oral and maxillofacial surgery. About us: We are one of the few privately owned and operated private practices in the region, with a contemporary and award winning design esthetic. Our attention to detail extends to the systems we've put in place for seamless pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring smooth coordination and transparent communication throughout the treatment process, including clear treatment planning and fee transparency. As a member of our team, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside a world-class oral surgeon who has co-authored several innovative surgical techniques and workflows, one of which is taught internationally. As both an expert in, and an educator of, full arch implant reconstruction, including zygomatic, transnasal, and pterygoid implants, Niva shines as a leader in the community for this type of treatment. We offer the full spectrum of office based surgery, from dentoalveolar, dental implants, management of benign pathology, and minimally invasive TMJ therapies. Opportunity to take trauma call and pursue orthognathic surgery is available, however not required.

Qualifications: Candidates must be either "Board Eligible" or "Board-Certified" and have a strong desire to be a leader both within the local dental community and our office team, embodying our core values of compassionate care, meticulous attention to detail, and fostering a supportive, collaborative culture.
