Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Our multi location group practice is looking for a well-trained, board certified or board eligible individual who is interested in an associateship with a quick, clear path to partnership with no buy-in necessary.  A personable, conscientious, team player looking for a long-term opportunity will be considered.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Guaranteed base salary of $400,000 with collection bonus

• Full scope, majority doctor owned oral and maxillofacial surgery practice with a heavy emphasis on dental implants with the opportunity to place several hundred per year in addition to full arch cases
• Work in a professional, collaborative & collegial setting with focus on dentoalveolar and implant surgery, bone grafting, and full arch reconstruction with digital workflow.
• Optional 4 day work week and 4 weeks time off
• Full schedule waiting with excellent referral base and fully trained staff
• Optional (not required) trauma call at level 2 hospital (4-5 weeks of paid call per year)
