We’re seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to lead a new oral surgery center in Naples, Florida. This role is ideal for a surgeon ready to take on meaningful leadership while building a practice grounded in quality, collaboration, and long-term vision.
Opening in mid-2027, this thoughtfully designed facility will support full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery through leading-edge technology, integrated digital workflows, and a highly capable clinical team. You’ll step into immediate equity partnership and work alongside respected peers who value mentorship, shared expertise, and patient-first care. The foundation is in place so you can focus on what matters most: delivering excellent patient outcomes and shaping a practice you’re proud to lead.
