Our Technology: Our practice utilizes leading edge technology, proving a scope of oral and maxillofacial surgeries, including dentoalveolar, orthognathic, trauma, implants, head and neck pathology, as well as cosmetic surgery.

Our Work Lives: With a full-time or part-time schedule, our team works to accommodate our Surgeon’s other scheduling demands. We value a strong work-life balance, which includes a days-only schedule, and no weekends. We also value ensuring our surgeons have appropriate administrative time. Our experienced administrative teams ensure that our surgeons and families are supported entirely focused on providing a best-in-class employee experience.

Our Compensation: We offer highly competitive full-time compensation and benefits packages with a base salary up to $600,000. The full-time benefits package includes up to 35% collections paid in quarterly bonuses, equity available, student loan payments, fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance with company reimbursements for medical expenses, sign-on bonus, basic life/AD&D, short-term disability, long-term disability, continuing education support, 401k plan with a match, company discounts, an incentivized wellness program, and 6 paid holidays.

Part-time compensation package includes a daily guaranteed minimum up to $7,500 plus additional earnings based on up to 35% in collections, liability insurance with tail coverage, continuing education reimbursements, and travel expense reimbursements.
