Position Overview: We are seeking an oral surgeon to join our thriving private practice in the beautiful Portland metro area. New graduates are encouraged to apply! This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional looking for an established practice, robust referral network, a supportive environment and well-trained staff, with the potential for eventual practice buy-in.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting Salary: $400,000 annually

- Perform core oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures with expert skill to maintain the reputation of our practice with patients and referring providers
- Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain hospital privileges and participate in call pool (average about 8-12 weeks a year at a level 2 hospital)
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and comfort
- Work towards building a patient-centered practice with a strong emphasis on quality care
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
