We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to lead a brand-new oral surgery center opening in Orlando, Florida in late 2026/early 2027. This is a rare opportunity to build a practice from the ground up, supported by a trusted surgical network, strong clinical infrastructure, and a team committed to advancing the future of oral surgery.

From day one, you’ll shape the culture, vision, and direction of the practice. You’ll work alongside respected surgical peers, gain full access to advanced digital technologies, and step into immediate equity partnership with no buy-in required.
