Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Oral Surgeon to join our team. As an Oral Surgeon, you will have complete autonomy in practice, access to a robust patient base and a supportive administrative team to ensure a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of oral and maxillofacial surgeries with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the dental team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Stay current with advancements in oral surgery and participate in ongoing education.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for staff and patients alike.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency.
• Board certification or eligibility in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
• Valid dental license in Missouri.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient care.
