Job Title: Order Admin Representative

Location: Bracknell

Reports to: Finance Manager

Job Overview:

• Order processing of orders from Indirect Channel Partners (CCPS) in new SFDC fronted system.
• Liaise with Order Management dept to assist with any issues faced by CCPs.
• Ensure timely process of orders.
• Assist Cadence VAR Sales Admin team with all order processing by liaising with CCPs and Cadence Quote to Cash Team as required.

Job Qualifications:

• Experienced in order processing
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to interface with other departments
• Experienced with databases/CRM systems – SFDC experience preferred
• Experienced in Software Business preferred (but not essential)
