Order Admin Representative

Job Title: VAR Administrator Location: San Jose, USA

Reports to: Sales Operations Director

Job Overview:

• Provide the link between the indirect sales channel (VAR) and Cadence quote to cash functions

• Process orders of all product types

• Ensure all internal controls are being met and take corrective action if required

• Engage with VAR & VAR partner managers to resolve queries

• Ensure timely processing of orders and resolution of queries

• Collaborate with internal and external customers in order to develop best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in order processing in high volume environment

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Good organization skills

• Proficient in use of Excel

• Ability to interface well with other departments

• Experience with databases or record repository applications including SFDC 2

Job Qualifications:
