Order Analyst

Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Order Analyst responsible for the day to day process of entering orders for data, voice MACD's, carrier, government, etc. for all Sales Division in all Markets. The Order Analyst team is responsible for the channels of Enterprise Business/Direct Sales, Government, Account Management, Channel Partner and Carriers.

Enterprise and Carrier responsibilities consists of:

• The Order Analyst will process orders assigned in a timely and accurate manner. Each representative will be assigned quotes, sales orders by the Order Analyst Supervisor. They are responsible for ensuring all Contracts for New Installs, Renewals and MAC Orders (Moves, Adds and Changes) are completed accurately. Sales Order Analysts are given the authority to reject orders if Sales, Sale Support and/or Sales Engineering has failed to provide complete information to key the order accurately or timely.
• Identify any outstanding concerns/service issues
• Order Analyst will process orders in a timely manner and will work priorities, escalations and expedites as needed
• The team interfaces on a daily basis with Sales Support, Sales, Sale Engineering, and Customer Implementation Advocacy to resolve issues with orders in process.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma required; Higher Education Preferred
• Experience: Computer Literacy Skills:
  • AS400, Dynamics, CRM, WFM,QB Salesforce, Outlook Task Management, Microsoft and Visio Applications
    • Ability to work within multiple database applications and modules to implement the contract workflow from contract execution, order entry workflow to billing point closure.
  • Telecom Experience Required:
    • Ability to understand and work within Carrier Portal's in order to secure voice and 800# port requests from said Carriers to Segra.
    • Ability to understand and learn Telecomm products and services in order address technical needs and requirements to process a contract or trouble shoot a customers' service or billing related issue.
  • Excellent Customer Service and the ability to work well with others:
    • Ability to navigate through multiple parties internal and external to ensure all documents are completed for Facility requests, LOA's, Design work and proper signatures secured to begin and implement the workflow process.
    • Ability to work with all levels of internal departments to assist with managing the workflow upon the escalation and quick turnaround of a service installation or trouble
  • Must Possess:
    • Business Professional Communication Skills including excellent written and oral communication
    • Exceptionally Detail- Oriented
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
    • Ability to Prioritize and Manage Change
    • Experience in a fast paced environment
    • Possess Good Listening Skills to understand the root of a presented issue - Good Problem Solving Skills
    • Excellent Team Player
    • Minimal travel required
