Order Entry Representative

Job Description

What We Need:

As an Order Management Representative, you will be responsible for the processing and entry of customer orders in our ERP system. Our Order Entry Team is responsible for placing orders accurately and in a timely manner for Brady's products to be manufactured in our on-site manufacturing facility.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Act as a liaison between customer and production floor to accurately place customer orders
• Utilize multiple computer systems (Excel, Google Suite, SAP (ERP))
• Evaluate customer product requests and determine appropriate SKUs
• Ability to accurately transfer custom information including text, images, and descriptions into ERP
• Calculate discounts, margins, and prices to update orders in ERP system
• Use text to communicate required info to Production and Sales teams in a clear, concise manner

What You'll Need To Be Successful:

• College degree preferred (High school degree required)
• Pays strong attention to details
• Above average spelling and basic math ability (percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction)
• Ability to apply order entry knowledge to unfamiliar requests to achieve accurate outcome
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve individual and team targets
• Strong computer, web navigation, and data entry skills
• Open to observation and coaching
