Description and Requirements
Description:
1. SMT square set analysis and shortage identification.
2. SMT MO creation and production plan arrangement.
3. Work with supply team to chase for supply ETA, especially for critical parts.
4. Drive for MO maximization on daily basis to fully utilize the SMT production line capacity.
5. Urgent order support, production arrange adjustment to accommodate the urgent demand.
6. Daily track the production input and output status and maintain MB ETA into system.
7. Serviceability performance analysis and action driving.
Requirements๏ผ
1. 3 years' experience in production plan position is preferred.
2. Detailed-minded, self-initiative, quick learner strong sense of responsibility.
3. Excellent problem-solving and business analytical skills.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills.
5. Dedicated team player and proactive learner.
6. Proficiency in MS office, especially excel, good command of written and spoken English is a plus.
