Order Flow Coordinator

Order Flow:

• Monitor open orders to determine the priority of orders to be picked.
• Rank orders based on priority level, ship date, inventory items, and size of order.
• Select orders to be released and picking lists printed.
• Review picking lists for completeness and feasibility.
• Coordinate with Distribution Manager or designate for distribution of picking lists.
• Complete manifest entry for shipments.
• Confirm orders including quantity shipped, lot numbers, and backorders.
• Calculate additional charges to be added. (i.e. - freight, service upgrades)
• Separate international packing slips by territory to be given to appropriate CSS.
• Track and monitor status of outstanding orders including open paperwork, backorders, and comparison to Solomon reports.

Operations Support:

• Resolve issues with packing slips and reprint as needed.
• Communicate with customer service regarding any issues with order entry.
• Adjust orders when requested by Distribution Manager or designate.
• Coordinate with Distribution Manager or designate to resolve inventory issues.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service background and/or Shipping work experience preferred.
