The Order Fulfillment Analyst performs the day-to-day order fulfillment responsibilities related to global product orders. These responsibilities include ensuring timely shipment, transit, and receipt of products ordered by customers from supplier shipment to inventory receipt at the distribution center. This person will be responsible for producing and generating required and ad hoc reporting, analyzing trends and using data to meet the organization's order fulfillment objectives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage efficient, accurate, and timely order exception resolution processes using various reporting tools (OBI, Power BI, etc) and actively working with internal stakeholders and their leaders.• Monitor aging reports to confirm inbound supply chain is operating within parameters.• Develop product, expedite plans & track through completion.• Support/Execute order fulfillment activities such as: confirm proper alignment between product availability dates, lead times and sales order ship dates.• Effectively oversee and support internal (factories, logistics providers, warehouse providers) and external communication to ensure resolution of priorities and exceptions.• Understand and respond to customer queries and requests related to orders, inventory, deliveries.• Responsible for adherence to guidelines/Service Level Agreements (SLAs).• Prepare and distribute weekly order status reports.• Ad hoc related business projects as needed.
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor's degree required.• 3+ years' experience using, investigating, and testing within Oracle Applications or an equivalent ERP system.• 2 - 4 years' operational experience working in logistics, order management, procurement, distribution, or related Supply Chain function.• Highly proficient in manipulating, viewing, and summarizing data into valuable insights via Microsoft Excel.• Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) or Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) report writing.• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal and representational skills.• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.• Proven ability to work both as a team player, as well as independently when needed.
