Job Description
The Role
We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Supervisor to assist in providing direction and supervision to our Order Fulfillment Techs and Delivery Drivers at our Centreville, Maryland Cultivation and Production Facility. This Supervisor and their team manage our product inventory and the shipments heading to dispensaries all over the state.
Responsibilities- Work cooperatively with the sales team to receive and fulfill daily orders.
- Organize & direct employees to fulfill orders and validate 100% accuracy.
- Assure alignment between Sales, Order Fulfillment and transportation/product delivery.
- Oversee weekly finished product inventory audits & report findings.
- Reporting of inventory and out of stocks.
- Must demonstrate proficient time management skills.
- Maintains hours of employees under direct supervision.
- Must follow all applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Must be able to work under pressure while demonstrating a positive attitude.
- Practice good housekeeping habits throughout the facility with focus and personal contributions towards a clean and organized assigned work area at the end of the assigned shift.
- Schedule each day to support sales and inventory requirements.
- Monitor and assess order fulfillment rates, understand constraints, and propose/implement process improvements to achieve 100% order fulfillment.
- Employee must exhibit competency in basic organizational and communication skills.
- Must work well with others and be able to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure, and technique.
- Be able to work with, help, guide, challenge and motivate team members to create a cohesive unit.
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be approved by the state badging agency to receive an Agent badge
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions
- Strong odors of extracted cannabis and cannabis plants on a consistent basis
- Ability to lift 20 pounds on occasion.
