Order Handing

Your responsibilities:

• You will work on order quotation based on CNFF & HMX Transfer Price, loose material transfer price, on order creates on SAP system based on PO number, incoterm and required delivery date, order type and handling details should be maintained also.
• You will work on order confirmation based on PO contents to customer for FF business, on order book-in on SAP system after Order confirmation.
• You will be involved in Pre-cal maintain on SAP for HMX business.
• You will work on Final PO follow-up based on order confirmation, do monthly shipping documents preparation and upload, monthly shipping notification and coordination to ensure delivery on time.
• You will do monthly billing and invoice to fulfill the sales revenue target and test reports upload to share with customer after monthly delivery.
• You will do CoO submission to customer after monthly delivery and do CCRP cases coordination.
