Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper Master Data set-up prior to order integration to facilitate the timely processing of orders
  • Once received, verify order accuracy and address discrepancies with customers and/or internal departments
  • After each deadline (e.g. Booking, Weekly AR), provide order confirmations to sales and customers
  • Efficiently use EDI and related systems to ensure that orders are integrated timely and meet cut off requirements
  • Manage Contract & Call-off orders effectively utilizing EDI and SAP functionality
  • As needed, manually enter booking, reorder & clearance orders accordance to company policies
  • Enter return, cancellation & claim requests

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in core computer systems (SAP, Microsoft- Excel, Outlook)
  • Accurate in processing transactional data

• Excellent written, verbal and professional communications • Can work with minimal guidance • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ownership • Can review data, identifying trends, and initiate improvement actions • Ability to develop positive working relationships at various organizational levels • Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish a shared goal

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred and 2 years or more related experience; or equivalent combination of education and related experience

  • We officially returned to office in a hybrid work environment, working 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The working location of this position is Portland, but also open to Los Angeles, New York, Spartanburg, & Indianapolis.
