Job Description

The Order Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for managing and monitoring customer orders on a daily basis by planning and prioritizing delivery, allocation of stocks, and tracking of order status ensuring that every order is dispatched within the agreed service levels to achieve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 1 year of experience in order management, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting is preferred.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of order processing and inventory management.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
