Order Management Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Order Management Coordinator is responsible for processing orders and working with our customers on the phone.  This position is onsite and is in Mooresville, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

·       SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (OTC) - Sales Order Management, Pricing and Conditions, Availability Check and ATP (Available to Promise), Delivery and Shipment.

·       Must assure that orders are properly recorded in SAP S/4 HANA and send to the warehouse for shipment in a timely manner based on customer requirements.

·       Identify any escalated or expedited orders in the system that require special handling and address these daily, and any orders that may not have been successfully allocated to their respective fulfillment channel.

·       Must invoice the customer for the shipment utilizing the information in SAP S/4 HANA.

·       Optimize the use of Salesforce, drive compliance, and maximize performance across teams. 

·       Provide reporting transparency and analytics regarding orderbook performance, both actual/historical projected performance to support decision making.

·       Collaboration with cross functional teams for customer deliverables. 

·       Must be a “team player” willing to step in and help others in the group that are experiencing a high order volume from time to time. 

·       Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Required:

·       Excellent organizational and time management skills

·       A demonstrated willingness for continual learning and skill development required.

·       Demonstrated effective teamwork and interpersonal skills are required, including willingness to receive direction from either supervisor or other team members to support department goals.

·       SAPS/4 HANA and Saleforce.com experience desired.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or High School Degree in Education, Business/Administration, Business, Technical, Graduate, Management, Computer, E-Commerce, Engineering, Information Systems.
