Detailed Job Responsibilities:
- Leading order management team, ensuring all orders are in system as soon as possible and POs are shared with all suppliers.
- SC tracker maintenance - ensuring all data is corrected and up to dated at any point of time in SC tracker.
- Invoicing status reporting and ensuring there are no delays in issuing invoices.
- Driving efficiencies in terms of full containerization, proactive reporting challenges, etc. internally and externally with customers as well.
- Collaboration with customers to understand the challenges they are facing and find best possible solutions to fix it.
Skills & experience required:
- High proficiency in Excel
- SAP knowledge will be a bonus
- English language is a must.
- Customer service/Logistics/SCM experience.
- Experience of managing people in team.
Other requirements :
- Good communication and collaboration Skills.
- Ability to simplify and agility.
- Problem solver with commercial sense
- Managing situation in high pressure
