Position: Order Management Provisioning Specialist

Job Site: 50 Hawthorne Street, San Francisco, CA 94105

Rate of Pay: $120,000/year - $138,000/year

Hours: Full Time; Mon-Fri (40 hrs/week)

Job Duties:

Fulfill workspace provisioning requests including workspace creation, change, and deletion using internal tools. Seek information from internal teams to analyze situations and provide provisioning guidance for customer satisfaction within the bounds of contractual compliance. Establish relationships with Support, Product/Engineering, Deal Desk, and Revenue Accounting. Contribute to continual process improvement initiatives. Cross-train the OM team to handle provisioning tasks in urgent situations. Assist in the creation of product documentation to be included in our online help and in online Community pages. Collaborate with other internal teams to review provisioning requests and to assist in server capacity planning. Respond to escalated provisioning requests and queries in a timely manner. Assist in the creation of provisioning documentations to be used by internal teams. Remote work is permissible.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, and three (3) years of experience in the position offered, System Analyst, or in a related occupation. Employer will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, and one (1) year of experience in the position offered, System Analyst, or in a related occupation.

Special Requirements:

One (1) year of experience must include:

Utilizing scripting to enable the automation of changes to customer entitlements on a production platform.
Utilizing enterprise tools including Jira, Salesforce, and Rundeck to execute customer product fulfillment.
Working with encryption services that offer Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) capabilities.
Collaborating with support personnel and Site Reliability engineers to debug production workspace issues.
Building productive working relationships with a diverse range of internal colleagues including Support, Product/Engineering, Deal Desk, and Revenue Accounting.
Working with contracts and providing provisioning services within the bounds of contractual compliance.
Working a high-volume ticketing queue with contractually related deadlines and escalation scenarios.
