Order Management Specialist

1. Ensure On Time Delivery to Customer
   - Planning, control and develop daily production plan to fulfill
   customer
   - On time delivery measure and develop action for future improvement
   2.Communicate with Customer on Customer Need
   - Provide reliable delivery to customer consistently
   - Provide accurate delivery information to customer on time
   - Coordinate with customer if customer need to pull in orders
   3.Ensure and monitoring production performance as following plan
   - Plan Production base on capacity (bottleneck) & Orders
   & Material Availability
   - Monitor line production running as follow daily plan.
   - Attend short internal meeting with other teams to define and
   solve problem on the spot

- Control FG Stock: Ensure stock accuracy & stock level at DC
- Bottleneck output +/- 5% for planned output quantity.
4. Monitor Sales Order Customers
- Monitoring queue management order level
- Monitoring for bumping order (erratic points)
5. Cross functional collaboration
- Can work with internal/external cross functional to ensure daily planning and actual output are matching with customer's requirement

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Supply chain, MIS, Manufacturing
• Job Related Experience: Minimum 3 Years
• Business Understanding: Good understand with Schneider Products and Supply Chain Goals
• Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): SAP (PP), Microsoft office ,English, Good Analyst and Negotiation
