Overview:

We are looking for a Order Management Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team, reporting to the Manager, Global Revenue Operations.


You will:

  • Be the trusted advisor to the Sales team, collaborating on pricing, product and commercial terms, shaping outcomes
  • Manage the Deal and Contract documentation process, including financial governance and review of all terms and conditions
  • Process contracts and orders, while ensuring all required documentation is in place and in compliance with internal policies
  • Liaise between Sales teams, Legal and Finance to help create non-standard contracts
  • Help with quote to cash process and order management operations, including Salesforce CRM opportunity and CPQ Quote review
  • Monitor and enforce Salesforce CRM data accuracy and compliance with established processes
  • Suggest operational improvements to processes

You have:

  • 3+ years' experience in a Contract Management, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance Operations roles
  • Experience in preparing contracts and ordering documents with different degrees of complexity and size
  • 3+ years' experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ tool
  • Experience working with a remote sales team
  • Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience
