Order Management Specialist

Daikin Applied is seeking an Order Management Specialist to facilitate the processing of customer orders and act as a liaison between customers and our factories to ensure superior level of customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

• Processes orders to meet and exceed expectations in alignment with high quality output to provide top tier customer service.
• Works independently to process orders while supporting an expanded portfolio of products.

• Work with customers to resolve customer complaints to maintain customer relationships.

• Partner with delivery team to resolve issues, determine root cause and identify ways to improve and ensure top performance with the customer and proactively mitigate non-compliance charges.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customer and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 or more years related experience
• Bilingual in Spanish
