The Role

The Order Processing administrator will process all incoming orders from new and existing customers. The order acknowledgments will be generated and issued to the customers once the purchasing team has provided the component dates. Working within the wider ‘Internal’ Sales accounts team and supporting based on administrator roles as requested by the demands of the business.

• Coordinates the receipt of customer purchase orders whilst assuring associated paperwork is completed.

• Coordinates the processing and accuracy of sales orders, and acknowledgments.

• Tracks ongoing orders that are waiting to be processed as well as keeping the tracker up to date.

• Administers the Completion of credit notes.

• Maintains paper and system filing for the order processing department.

• Coordinates daily work states and keeps reporting up to date.
