Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Part of Order Management team (Order Booking & Review, RMA/Credits bookings)
• Responsible for Order entry and review and release of orders
• Work closely with onshore stakeholders to deliver as per defined delivery standards.
• Work in collaboration with the onshore team to improve and streamline the process.
• Regularly check on the work that comes daily and ensure all possible requests are closed ASAP.
• Understand and assist with compliance, legal guidelines, licensing issues, shipping issues, contract questions, and questions from Sales Operations
• Partner with Sales Operations to improve the accuracy of orders being entered.

Qualifications & Desired Characteristics:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or college.
• 3-7 years of experience in the order management domain.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize, and prioritize tasks, risks, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Strong interpersonal skills & Communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Able to think out of the box for process improvement.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Power BI reporting tool knowledge will be a plus.
