Order Processing Specialist
As the Order Processing Specialist, you will prepare quotes for sales team. Prepare contracts, orders and invoices in SAP from quotes and purchase orders. Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures. Compute total charges for software or services and applicable tax. A successful candidate will be able to maintain Excel spreadsheets of orders processed, make entries and attach documents into SAP CRM. General office duties as needed.
Required:

• High school diploma / GED
• Two years as an accounting, account receivables, customer service representative, or closely related experience.
• Business or financial related degree will be considered in lieu of experience.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, ERP system and CRM System.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to read, speak, and write English.
• Exceptional telephone etiquette; professional, courteous and friendly.
• Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Preferred:

• SalesForce
• SAP experience

Additional Information:

• A background check will be required for employment.
• Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m CST., Monday through Friday. 
• This position reports directly to the Order Operations Manager.
• FLSA: Non-exempt position. (Eligible for Overtime)
