Order Processing Specialist - Helmet Customization

SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our head protection team as a Order Processing Specialist.  The individual will become knowledgeable on our product customization capabilities and process and will work across several departments of our organization to execute orders.  The position is a great fit for someone who enjoys organization, efficiency, and takes pride in high quality finished products. 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primary resource for all helmet customization inquiries
• Ensure customized orders are processed accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with team members on expected deliveries and order changes
• Create sales quotations for customized orders
• Work in conjunction with multiple departments including sales, operations, and production to fulfill quality customized product orders
• Effectively collects, prepares, and validates customer artwork relative to required specs – make recommendations and or alter artwork to meet required specifications
• Develops and delivers documentation to supplier for production
• Seeks opportunities to refine and improve processes

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Effective verbal and written communication skills, comfortable communicating across various departments internally as well as externally
• Desire to provide high level of customer service both to internal and external customers
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Office, experience with Illustrator preferred but not required
• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a part of a high-performance team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma, Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Product customization experience preferred, but not required
• 1-3 years of previous experience processing orders, preferably customized orders in an industrial environment.
