Order Processor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processor to join our team at Fiero Group. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all B2B order processing for our commercial and residential pizza ovens and appliances sold through dealers and representatives. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and producing quality data for use between our sales team, dealers, and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage incoming orders from dealers and representatives for commercial and residential foodservice equipment
• Verify order details, including product specifications, pricing, and delivery requirements
• Input order information accurately into our company's order management system
• Coordinate with the sales team to resolve any discrepancies or questions regarding orders
• Liaise with the production department to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
• Track order status and communicate updates to dealers, representatives, and internal teams
• Manage inventory levels and alert appropriate teams when restocking is necessary
• Generate and maintain accurate order documentation and reports
• Assist with customer inquiries related to order status and product information
• Collaborate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in order processing, preferably in the commercial equipment or food service industry
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace applications, particularly Google Sheets
• Experience with ERP systems and order/support management software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Basic understanding of commercial food service equipment is a plus
