Position Overview: Perform duties to pick products to shipping and receiving. Facilitate the effective methods to ensure accurate inventory of all products put away. Safely performs position specific responsibilities to ensure a high level of productivity, quality and internal and external customer service while adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures. Identifies and recommends process improvements to streamline and increase efficiency of existing programs. 

Essential Job Functions:

• Pulling/scanning customer and orders for daily/future shipment with the objective to stay current
• Work from orders generated by customer service. Follow written and verbal instructions
• Responsible for inventory control and cycle counting. Accountability will be held for each individual performing this function
• Assist supervisors in maintaining the flow of work
• Performing duties for departments that are not assigned to order pulling and inventory.
• Train and instruct new employees in proper performance of duties
• Put cases of product away after they are processed; scan cases to specific locations and customer orders, correcting any errors
• Use scanner and computer to locate, consolidate and pull product; group by game, size, etc.
• Operate stand-up, cherry pickers and reach tow motors to pull orders and put away product; using care to lift and balance loads properly; operating equipment in a safe and responsible mode
• Maintain stock rack appearance, keep all aisles clear, and clean warehouse on a daily basis
• Track and record daily order pulling production. Fill out daily time sheets and tow motor checklist Record inventory moves and put away on appropriate sheets
• Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma / GED equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent climbing and bending
• Push, Pull & Lift 50lbs repeatedly

Other Skills/Abilities:

• Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient and able to follow directions
• Preferred to have inventory control & tow motor experience
• Be safety oriented
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail

• Cannot be afraid of heights as many times will be high in the air for orders
• Have a positive attitude and be able to work in a team environment
