Large Store Focus

Job Location: Channelview, Summerwood, North Heights
Work days/Shift Hours: Full Time; Must be able to work Weekdays and Weekends; 6am - Until route completed
Valid Drivers License Required, Merchandising/Stocking preferred, Must be able to lift/pull 50+ Ibs throughout shift

Compensation: Up to $25.58 / hour based on experience. Additional local incentives may apply such as an extra week of pay, referral bonuses and more.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
