Order Service Coordinator

Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove products are sold throughout the world via our distribution network, and this Order Service Coordinator role is key in supporting our distribution partners. In addition to working with external partners, this position collaborates with various internal teams including supply chain, transportation, and sales.

Managing relationships with partners and internal teams, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, and effective time management are keys to the success of this role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as our partners' primary point of contact regarding orders
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management
• Utilize various systems to process orders and provide order management insight as it relates to expected shipment dates, backorders, and supply chain planning
• Generate order management reports to help drive business forward
• Interface with field sales and fulfillment teams to facilitate escalations
• Collaborate with order service team members to ensure territory coverage
• Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base
• Responsible for completing special projects as assigned
