Order to Cash Processor

工作描述：
• 通过服务热线电话和email与客户，销售支持，国家平台及供应链沟通，提供支持。
• 负责接收和审核订单需求并及时准确的录入系统。审核电子订单相关的问题。
• 与销售支持及供应链经理沟通，在截单时间前，确认当天发货订单，生成发货单，并及时发送订单清单到工厂。
• 确认销售发票及时生成，月底确保系统不存在待生成销售发票。
• 处理并确保所有退货请求符合退货政策，确认审批及支持文档齐全后在系统中录入订单。
• 定期生成销售报告，及时发送到相关部门及上传到政府网站。
•如遇系统问题，及时联系IT。
• 定期书写及更新流程指导书，确保操作流程全部记录在指导书中。
• 按照规定执行流程控制（ICS、ICM、BPC）。

任职要求：
• 本科及以上学历，专业不限。
• 韩语听书读写流利，英语可读写。
• 1-2年BPO行业工作经验，客户服务或订单管理流程经验优先。
• 客户服务意识强，根据客户需求，提供解决方案。
• 良好的沟通与协作能力。
• 有ERP系统使用经验，SAP优先。
• 熟练使用Office办公软件。
