Overview

Foxit, a leading provider of innovative PDF products and services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Order Management to oversee our dynamic order management team. This role is crucial for ensuring effective and efficient order processing, upholding exceptional service standards for both our internal sales organization and our valued customers. With a focus on leveraging our use of NetSuite and the Suite Billing module, the successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our operational excellence. Drawing inspiration from similar successful SaaS organizations, this position is designed for a leader keen on driving customer satisfaction and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Foxit order management team, setting high standards for order processing accuracy and efficiency, from initiation through to fulfillment.

Implement and refine order management strategies and practices, inspired by best practices observed in leading SaaS organizations, to enhance operational effectiveness.

Act as the primary liaison for internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and partners, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any order-related issues.

Partner closely with the sales department to facilitate smooth integration of orders and identify opportunities for streamlining processes.

Direct initiatives aimed at improving customer service, ensuring the order management team exceeds customer expectations.

Manage the utilization of NetSuite and Suite Billing module, ensuring these tools are optimally used for accurate and efficient order processing and billing.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics and KPIs, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement in the order management process.

Ensure the order management team's compliance with all company policies, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.

Develop and oversee training programs to enhance the team's skills in using NetSuite, Suite Billing, and in delivering superior customer service.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in order management, including at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within a SaaS organization.

Demonstrated expertise in using NetSuite and Suite Billing module is essential.

Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve excellence.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for building relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with superior organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
