Order-to-Cash Senior

Position for Order-to-Cash professional with analytical skills and strategic thinking to help drive our business forward. Provide finance support to business partners as well as offering scope for leadership of individual analytical projects. Research and analyze financial information providing data-driven support for day-to-day activities and to management for decision making.
Responsibilities:

• Direct maintenance, invoicing and third-party renewals
  • Quote research, validation, processing and subsequent invoicing
  • Invoice delivery and procurement submission per customer and order requirements
  • Third party procurement, ordering and receipt
• Accrual and Royalty reporting
• Software Provisioning tracking and associated Deferred Revenue Reporting
• Analyze financial data, comparing plans/forecast with actuals
  • Assemble and summarize data; preparing reports; analyses, and recommendations
  • Prepare financial reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested
• Increase productivity by developing automated applications; eliminating duplication; coordinating information requirements
• Assist with specialized projects, process development and tasks, including system maintenance and specialized billing scenarios
• Work with other key departments including, Customer Success, Contracts, Operations and Sales regarding order related items
  • Assist with monthly accounting reporting and close responsibilities including forecast to actual variance analysis for quoting and billing

Skills/Qualifications

• 1+ Years Experience
• BS in Finance or Accounting
• Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Previous experience with NetSuite, SalesForce Billing data and reporting, Renewal forecasting a plus
• Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems
• Ability to understand the business and collect/report data that is both accurate and meaningful to the business & leadership teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint's differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):
$55,160 - $78,800 - $102,440
Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee's home location.
