Your Role and Responsibilities
Required to handle / understand complex transactions re Lead to Cash processes through their knowledge experience and expertise in this space; required to handle / understand complex transactions involving Marketing Sales Product Development Delivery Finance and Supply Chain departments with multiple supporting systems involved at different process stage as well as develop and implement innovative process initiatives deploy leading edge solutions which match our Client’s tactical and strategic requirements.
Professionals for this position need to have skills such as sales management price quote customer service project management order management and revenue management as well as business operations process management and compliance industry knowledge and a deep understanding of the process best practices and tools to execute their client’s core business processes. Communicate with CxO executive levels to provide evidences.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Plan and manage operational capacity collaborating with CxO layer.
Minimum of 5 years in an Order To Cash role.
C1 proficiency in English and native fluency in Spanish both written and spoken.
Ability to work in shifts to support hours of operation: Sunday through Saturday 9am-11pm EST.
Excellent communication skills problem-solving ability and a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
Experience in Reconciliation Stop Payment ACH Return Items Bank Modification Invoicing CMD Jira Service Desk Tickets.
Relevant degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Preferably supporting clients with US operations (B2C)
