Job Description:

About the Role:

The Order to Cash Analyst supports internal TreeHouse stakeholders and our global business services team as a subject matter expert and escalation point for processes related to Deduction Management, Trade Promotions, and Broker Commissions. Data analysis is used to identify issues and risks, determine the root cause, and facilitate discussions with internal and external customers to resolve. The Analyst participates in audit, compliance with internal controls, month end related tasks, and oversight of accuracy and process adherence. This individual will provide appropriate assistance to achieve departmental key performance indicators. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Understanding the trade promotion process from planning through deduction clearing
• Analyzing trade promotion agreements in Vistex system to ensure the accruals are accurate
• Leading reviews with Sales and Finance regarding open trade agreements to determine if they need to be adjusted or closed
• Monthly / Quarterly close activities, reporting, reconciliations, and analysis
• Periodic SOX/SAP testing
• Ensure desktop procedures are maintained and updated in a timely manner.

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent, hybrid position out of our Willowbrook Office in Green Bay, WI.

About You:

You'll fit right in if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working within an order to cash function, such as accounts receivable, trade promotions or broker commissions
• Demonstrated strong financial analytical skills
• SAP Experience preferred
