Job Description

The Orders Coordinator organizes multiple types of sales documents across the entire company, arranges on-time, in-full shipments, and submits orders to the fulfillment team, playing a significant role in supply chain and logistics. This role also problem-solves & communicates with many internal departments and maintains a high level of accuracy in detailed work. Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

• Analyze and audit order details
• Prioritize and manage the workflow of orders to meet customer deadlines
• Communicate daily with Logistics, Transportation, Fulfillment, Inventory, Forecasting, Customer Service, and Sales teams
• Process and print shipping documents
• Problem-solve and find innovative solutions for multiple vendors and processes

Qualifications
