About This OpportunityRachio’s Organic Growth Manager will focus on driving new business through mostly unpaid marketing channels. You are a go-getter who thrives on the challenge of bringing in new customers without paying for advertising. We’re looking for someone who can think through any and all non-paid media channels and execute a strategy that drives lead generation and sales through email, SEO, CRM, affiliate marketing, referral program and more. Reporting to the Director of Growth in the marketing department, you will primarily be responsible for improving organic ecommerce sales. However, you will also work with the Brand team and Product team to ensure they can excel at integrating with our paid media, organic social, and more.
What You’ll Do- Work out organic marketing approaches and execute creative ways of getting more potential customers into our outreach flow
- Establish revenue-generating CRM campaigns with both our customers and non-customers alike, focusing on customer acquisition, LTV and AOV
- Work with brand and paid media partners to establish on-site content and landing pages, using SEO best practices to bring non-customers to the brand
- Manage our affiliate marketing program including managing our vendor partner
- Work with the Director of Growth to create a referral program, utilizing internal and external resources to establish and promote a best-in-class referral program
- Bring new revenue-generating ideas to the team and work to execute them
- Support the Growth team’s overall initiatives, focusing on the numbers and always driving to meet and beat targets
- Work with the Director of Partnerships to develop organic growth plans using new and existing partners as a way to improve the business
- You’re a creative marketer and problem solver who can see opportunities outside of the typical paid advertising tactics
- You’ve worked with CRM or lifecycle marketing, and can work with CRM software solutions to build out high-performance email campaigns
- You’ve got some SEO experience. Not necessarily an expert, but you can dig deep enough into search trends and results to make an impact.
- You understand how important lead generation is and can work with teams to put new approaches in place
- You’ve worked with referral programs and can help implement a best-in-class program to capitalize on our high NPS score
- You like working within a fast-paced startup culture and thrive on meeting and beating targeted KPIs
- Growth is important to you, and you feel a sense of accomplishment when you uncover great new opportunities for revenue
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000
- Stock options
- This is a remote position
- Minimal travel, less than 10% of your time
- You must be legally authorized to work in the US
