About the Role  

The Organizational Development Specialist works in the Office of the President in Altium; they will focus exclusively on creating and improving organizational effectiveness within Altium Globally. They may use their expertise in performance assessment & analysis to analyze current procedures, structures, projects, and policies to assist the team with the overall effectiveness of an organization.

A Day in the Life of Our Organization Development Specialist
  • Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company
  • Identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans
  • Designs and develops OKR training programs for management and employees
  • Develops learning activities, instructor guides, and lesson plans
  • Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives, and accomplishments
  • Makes assessments of the effectiveness of training regarding employee accomplishments and performance
  • Trains employees and executives on OKR practices. Presents course materials
  • Consults with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance
  • Manages projects and the OKR platform

Who We’re Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced knowledge of data software
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
  • Ability to evaluate and research OD options and alternatives

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
