About the Role  

The Organizational Effectiveness Manager works in the Office of President in Altium, they will focus exclusively on creating and improving organizational effectiveness within Altium Globally. They may use their expertise in performance assessment & analysis to analyze current procedures, structures, projects, and policies in order to determine the overall effectiveness of an organization.

A Day in the Life of Our Organization Effectiveness Manager
  • Evaluating existing business operations, participating in the development of process changes, and working with people to implement the changes
  • Be responsible for the offices smoothly running and has all the resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial parameters across the globe
  • Define project scope and develop integrated project plans
  • Work with cross functional stakeholders and provide strategic oversight of multiple compliance governance programs, to drive end to end completion of compliance initiatives and goals
  • Communicate and coordinate with all levels of project stakeholders, check resource possibilities, find, warn and remove possible risks and bugs to make the project go smoothly
  • Implement and track OKR and KPI plans which leaders setting well-defined goals for employees and outlining ways to efficiently execute those goals
  • Management implementing clear decision-making processes and communication pipelines

Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong ability to manage relations with a large variety of stakeholders
  • Strong ability to present, communicate and pursue top-level management teams
  • Planning and organizational analysis skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Financial skills is a plus
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation skill in English, and other languages (Mandarin/Russian/German/Ukrainian/Polish) is a strong plus
  • Bachelor degree above in business management-related majors, or mathematics, finance, economics, or social related majors
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a dynamic multinational company.
  • Experience in the high-tech industry, especially in software companies is strongly preferred, knowledge of cloud/SaaS business is a strong plus
  • Strong experience in articulating complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to a range of audiences from C-suite to users of different departments

The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
