About the Role  

The Organizational Effectiveness Specialist works in the Office of the President in Altium; they will focus exclusively on creating and improving organizational effectiveness within Altium Globally. They may use their expertise in performance assessment & analysis to analyze current procedures, structures, projects, and policies to assist the team with the overall effectiveness of an organization.

A Day in the Life of Our Organization Effectiveness Manager
  • Evaluate existing business operations, participate in developing process changes, and work with SMEs to create and measure change
  • Assist in implement project scope and developing integrated project plans
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs to gather strategic plans to drive program effectiveness
  • Communicate and coordinate with all levels of project stakeholders, check resources, and develop and manage project plans for the business
  • Develop training materials for new OKR/Performance Management solution
  • Work with Human Resources to create effective engagement techniques to sell OE programs
  • Assist with leader and employee training on developing and measuring OKR/KPI plans
  • Lead authentically with candor and transparency

Who We’re Looking For

  • Have the ability to create relationships with all levels of an organization
  • Be able to present, communicate, and take feedback that can be used to implement change processes
  • Planning and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skill in English and other languages (Mandarin/Russian/German/Ukrainian/Polish) is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree or above in business management-related majors OR seven years in an OD/OE role with project and ROI expertise
  • At least three years of working experience in a dynamic multinational company

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
