Summary
The OCM Consultant - Training will act as the liaison between the business units/client, technology teams, and support teams. The individual will work in a team with our clients to understand their business/communication/ needs. This individual will also be responsible for developing deliverables that meet client standards and expectations. The successful candidate will work on multiple tasks simultaneously and be a team player.
The OCM Consultant will report to the OCM Senior Consultant or Change Management Lead (depending on the project).
Responsibilities

• Develop communication materials to meet the project communication plan
• Develop slide presentations, communication, and other materials with a consistent look and feel
• Develop content and manage communication and/or training materials
• Facilitate meetings with SMEs, client management, vendor personnel, and change agents
• Assess, document, and communicate client practices
• Deliver stakeholder interventions
• Participate in team building and recognition activities and events

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of change management experience with a strong focus on change communication and graphical look and feel
• Knowledge of current graphical applications and industry standards for the presentation of graphical material in multi-media sessions
• Communication development experience for internal and external stakeholders
• Understanding of various methods for delivery of key communications
• Business analyst skills including an understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements
• Strong oral and written communication to provide presentations to management
• A team player with the willingness to assist coworkers on other projects as required
• Strong facility with current graphical applications (Photoshop, Adobe, Captivate, and Microsoft-based applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project)
• Understanding of business analysis and project management methods
• Understanding of the System Development Lifecycle (Waterfall and Agile)
• Time Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Marketing/brand stewardship experience is strongly preferred
• Utility experience is strongly preferred
• Enterprise Asset Management experience - SAP, IBM Maximo, Hexagon (Infor), others desired
• General Consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm - with emphasis on change communications is desired
• Must be able to obtain a badge from the airport
