Organizational Change Management Coordinator - Naples
Job Description
Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. We are actively seeking an Organizational Change Management Coordinator to work on the Naples, FL campus. The position will be responsible for supporting the implementation of people and organizational change management activities within all Arthrex sites in support of global programs/projects. The individual supports and coordinates all aspects of the implementation of a change management plan, working under the direction of a Change Manager, and within an overall Change Management Office governance structure. Experience in business environment, training, or communications along with a bachelor's degree and computer experience will be needed for this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists the Organizational Change Management team with the following: preparation and dissemination of communications, communication planning, training planning, training logistics and tracking, preparation and dissemination of surveys, and awareness campaign planning.
- Supports Arthrex's Change Management standard methodology, tools, and templates to increase adoption of the changes required by the project.
- Manages and disseminates project communications in SalesForce Marketing Cloud Tool
- Coordinates communication translations as required with regional resources or the Global Language Management team
- Manages and executes all training logistic activities required by the project
- Maintains the training/competency demonstration records, including the reporting and addressing of training record requests.
- Liaison with Marketing Operations and Corporate Communications teams to manage awareness campaign assets including e-board request, flyers, posters, Intranet Articles, Newsletters requests, etc.
- May work with other teams to track training, communication, and awareness activities
- Assists with special projects and/or other administrative tasks as required
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications
- 1 year experience in a professional business environment preferred
- Experience in training and/or communications is required
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
- Ability to work independently and interact effectively with at all organizational levels.
- Strong and effective interpersonal skills including verbal and written communications.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Motivated self-starter.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- SalesForce Marketing Cloud preferred.
- Workfront Project Management Application preferred.

- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
