Effectively managing and leading people through change is critical to the success of any digital transformation. Lasting change is a shared outcome that must be embraced by the entire.

As the Bedrock OCM Leader , you must be able to effectively influence, coach and inspire the business leaders and program team towards this integrated view of Organization Change Management. You will bring a tool kit of approaches built from proven methodologies like Agile, Lean and Prosci but more importantly extensive experience translating these tools and models into tangible actions and lasting change.

You will have experience managing change driven from an SAP or similar ERP program either as a business leader experiencing the change or on the program team implementing the change (ideally both!).

As a member of the Program Leadership team, you will bring a people and change focused lens to table collaborating with the team on deployment strategy, resourcing, communications / engagement, stakeholder management, risks and issues.

As the program continues you will build out the OCM team including recruiting training and coaching future OCM team members.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and continuously improve Bedrock OCM framework and methodology
  • Develop a collaborative and integrated transformation readiness model partnering with business leaders, SAP functional and product team and Bedrock PMO
  • Leverage best practices from PROCI, ADKAR, AGILE, LEAN +++ and your previous ERP transformation and business leadership experience to develop a set of tools and templates that can be utilized as required during different deployments and in different change situations - focusing on the outcome not the methodology
Lead the formulation, alignment, & execution of core OCM strategies, plans, & deliverables including but not limited to:
  • Leadership alignment and engagement
  • Change impact collection, analytics and mitigation tactics
  • Stakeholder assessments and resistance management plans
  • Skills and competencies assessment
  • Cultural assessment and alignment
  • Communication plans and content development
  • Change networks / change champions
  • Organization design
  • Building effectively relationships with the program leaders and key stakeholders
  • Coach the team on change management approaches
  • Training the team on what effective change looks like
  • Be a sounding board and advisor to the program team when working through complex change, resistance and team dynamics in general
  • Build out a future OCM team and develop these team members
  • Develop sustainment plans that move past go-live
  • Develop approach to measure and assess adoption and resistance post go-live
Typical Education

Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university
