We are looking for a dynamic Organizational Change Management (OCM) leader to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading OCM and communications for a large Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program. This includes leading content creation and approval, training, internal communications, integration with the project teams to track and vet progress, and support of implemented change.

Responsibilities:
- Influence a change management methodology and tools; to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a projectÂ
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholdersÂ
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tacticsÂ
- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilitiesÂ
- Integrate change management activities into the project planÂ
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progressÂ
- Support change management at the enterprise levelÂ
- Coordinating any major change across the enterprise, such as policy, technological, operational, and governance changesÂ
- Create change plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirementsÂ
- Conducting workshops to provide clients with information on any major changesÂ
- Spotting any change-related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftlyÂ
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Recipient of a Change Management Certification, via ACMP Qualified Education Provider
- Demonstrated understanding of the Standard for Change Management
- Experience with and knowledge of Digital Transformation management principles and methodologies
- Expertise in project management, as well as transition documentation, tools, and templatesÂ
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsÂ
- Good time management and organizational skillsÂ
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiencesÂ
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goalÂ
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situationsÂ
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevereÂ
- Able to work effectively at all levels of an organizationÂ
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through othersÂ
- Experience with large-scale organizational change effortsÂ
- Excellent managerial skillsÂ
- Strong analytical skillsÂ
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise program and/or change management within federal government
- Familiar with digital identity concepts and program delivery
- Certified Change Management Professional Certification
Salary Range:Â $100,000 - $125,000
