What You Will Do and Learn

We are looking for an Organizational Change Management Manager to join our Advisory Team!

We are looking for an individual that is passionate about solving problems and bringing innovative ideas to our clients and our team. As a firm that plans to grow rapidly – you will be given the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting our clients as they look to implement various cloud-based technologies such as Anaplan, Salesforce, SpringCM, DocuSign and NetSuite. You’ll also be a key member in establishing and growing our Change Management practice which sits under our broader Advisory Services division. 

As a professional change agent, you understand what drives and motivates people to change and how best to work with various groups and people from diverse backgrounds to drive business transformations in fast-paced environments that gets results. In this role, you’ll be integrating Change Management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices when partnering with our clients to help organizations successfully transition through change, drive adoption, make their future state vision a reality.  

Ideal candidates will be able to:

  • Work cross-functionally daily to collaborate and ensure alignment on change strategy; organize work processes to ensure most efficient work-flow 
  • Comfortable communicating and interfacing with all levels of the organization including leadership and C-suite 
  • Design, develop and execute plans and strategies that align with ADKAR Change Management frameworks to help drive successful user adoption of technology systems and/or business process changes 
  • Create, own and execute stakeholder assessments, change impact analysis, communication and training plans, curriculum development and training delivery for strategic initiatives to create the highest case for adoption and transformation 
  • Alert and mitigate potential issues and risks to adoption/overall project success ensuring a coordinated effort to drive successful implementation across all workstreams 
  • Contribute to the program and change strategy helping senior leaders identify and prioritize organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes 
  • Act as a coach and advisor to leaders who are change sponsors and influence managers and stakeholders from a people perspective 
  • Identify new opportunities with current clients and contribute to the growth of the Change Management practice 

Qualifications:

Required

  • 2+ years of consulting across different industries with emphasis on strategy, business process-re-engineering and/or change management 
  • 5+ years experience leading projects that required the use of Change Management expertise and knowledge of OCM principles/methodologies 
  • Degree in Education, Organizational Change Management, Leadership, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent 
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in adult learning theories, training design, and live delivery 
  • Experience working with functional knowledge of Salesforce, Anaplan, SpringCM or other strategic cloud-based tools 
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite 

Preferred

  • 3+ years' experience in supporting large, complex initiatives in a dedicated change management, organizational development or training role 
  • 1+ years' experience acting as a Change Management Subject-Matter-Expert in the sales cycle, developing resource estimates to deliver scope, and contributing to Statements of Work 
  • Prosci ADKAR or CCMP certification  
  • Experience with Snagit, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate and Photoshop applications 
  • Experience in a startup environment and culture a plus 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop employees
